These terms govern access to and use of the RegulaKit platform, a Software as a Service (SaaS) business management solution that includes time tracking, leave and absence management, document management and Verifactu electronic invoicing features.
Access to the platform requires prior registration. By registering with RegulaKit, you declare that:
Work hours recording in compliance with RDL 8/2019
Request, approval and tracking of days off
Document storage and sharing
Profiles, schedules, contracts and employment data
Invoice issuance compliant with the AEAT Verifactu system
The user agrees to:
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the RegulaKit platform (source code, design, trademarks, logos, content) belong to RegulaKit or its licensors. The user does not acquire any intellectual property rights through the use of the service.
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. Insofar as RegulaKit processes personal data on behalf of the user, both parties commit to complying with GDPR.
RegulaKit strives to keep the platform continuously available but does not guarantee 100% availability. Planned maintenance interruptions will be communicated in advance when possible.
RegulaKit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. RegulaKit's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate the contractual relationship by giving 30 days' written notice. In case of non-payment or serious breach, RegulaKit may suspend or cancel access to the service immediately.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that correspond under applicable regulations.
RegulaKit reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified to users and published on this page. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
